BIOGRAPHY

Aaron Nichols is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Communication. He received his BA in communication and MA in mass communications from the University of South Florida (国产福利资源). Aaron spent several years leading communication, marketing, and creative services for companies in the construction and energy sectors. In 2015, he transitioned to higher education, accepting a communications position at 国产福利资源. His experience as a practitioner directly informs his academic work, particularly his strong interest in research that bridges theory and practice. Aaron鈥檚 dissertation research focuses on the conceptualization and measurement of internal communication processes that drive employee engagement. Aaron employs quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods approaches in his research.
