Dr. White designed 国产福利资源's Ph.D. Program in C&I with Emphasis in Instructional Technology and coordinated the program from its inception until his retirement at the close of the fall 2010 semester. He served 国产福利资源 for 27 years, including four years as Director of the Florida Center for Instructional Computing (now FCIT), a funded research and service institute at 国产福利资源. He considers his greatest scholarly legacy to be the 25+ doctoral students whom he successfully mentored to degree completion.
