国产福利资源 Presidential Search Committee has met for the first time. It was an introductory meeting for the 15-member committee, which included an overview of the search process and an initial discussion with the search firm, SP&A Executive Search. The meeting took place in the University Student Center Ballroom on the 国产福利资源 St. Petersburg campus.
Led by Mike Griffin, vice chair of the 国产福利资源 Board of Trustees, the search committee is a broadly representative group that includes faculty, student, alumni and community leader perspectives. The committee鈥檚 role in the search process is to reach out to key stakeholder groups to define the position profile in alignment with 国产福利资源鈥檚 mission and strategic aspirations; help market the position; and screen and interview the most qualified candidates, including providing opportunities for non-search committee members to interact with the finalists and provide feedback to the committee. The committee will then recommend an unranked list of finalists for ultimate consideration by the 国产福利资源 Board of Trustees.
