New Provider Orientation

In addition to the required trainings, all new clinicians are required to complete a Billing Integrity Orientation (BIO) prior to the start of patient care.   This is a live interactive session with customized content to the clinician鈥檚 area of licensure and specialty practice.  The BIO is scheduled in the first week of the onboarding process.

As part of our Fraud, Waste, and Abuse prevention efforts, 国产福利资源 prevents submission of claims until completion of BIO.
