¹ú²ú¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ Board of Trustees Chair Will Weatherford announced that Mike Griffin, Board of Trustees vice chair and ¹ú²ú¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ alum, has agreed to serve as chair of the 14-member Presidential Search Committee. To assist the committee, ¹ú²ú¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ has retained a highly regarded firm that worked with the university in its last presidential search.

Rhea Law selected as University of South Florida president-elect

¹ú²ú¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ Board of Trustees voted unanimously to name Rhea Law as the university’s president-elect. Law, who has been ¹ú²ú¸£Àû×ÊԴ’s interim president since August, will become the university’s eighth president and the first ¹ú²ú¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ alum to fill the role, pending confirmation by the Florida Board of Governors (BOG) next week.
